Purchaser hereby recognizes the hazards and risks involved in the use of the equipment purchased and as a part of the consideration of the execution of this agreement purchaser hereby assumes all of the risk of the use of said equipment, and agrees to hold Distribution Shredhills inc. harmless from and to reimburse and indemnify it, against all claims, damage suits, actions, liability, recoveries and judgments arising from and to the extent of purchaser’s use of said equipment.

Purchaser hereby waives any and all claims for property damage and/or personal injuries, which the purchaser or any other person may suffer as a result of the use of said equipment. The Purchaser acknowledges that he assumes the risk of any loss, from injury or damage to himself or others, due to using Shredhills parts and holds harmless Distribution Shredhills inc. and it’s owners, agents, officers, heirs, assigns and all employees.

Please note that our brand offers motorcycle lifestyle-inspired clothing apparel & gears. However, it is important to understand that Distribution Shredhills Inc apparel & accessories does not provide bodily protection in the event of accidents, slides, or any other encounters. Distribution Shredhills Inc cannot be held responsible for any bodily damage in any circumstance.

WARRANTY

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all our parts. Should any items covered by this warranty exhibit defects in workmanship or materials, we will promptly replace them. If you encounter such an issue, kindly get in touch with us.

Our warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.

Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer, containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
