The buyer acknowledges the potential dangers and uncertainties associated with utilizing the acquired equipment. As part of agreeing to this contract, the buyer willingly takes on all risks linked to using the equipment and pledges to release Shredhills Inc. from any responsibility, agreeing to compensate and protect them from any claims, damages, legal actions, liabilities, settlements, and court rulings connected with the buyer's use of the equipment.
The buyer explicitly relinquishes all rights to make claims regarding property damage or personal injuries that may arise from using the mentioned equipment. The buyer understands and accepts the potential for any losses, injuries, or harm to themselves or others resulting from the utilization of Shredhills parts. Furthermore, the buyer absolves Shredhills Inc., its owners, agents, officers, heirs, assigns, and all employees from any liability or responsibility related to such incidents.
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on all our parts. Should any items covered by this warranty exhibit defects in workmanship or materials, we will promptly replace them. If you encounter such an issue, kindly get in touch with us.
Our warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.
Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer, containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
