Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer store credit or exchanges under the following conditions:
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@shredhills.com.
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
Due to a high volume of orders, a return label will be provided once your request is approved.
To avoid errors and ensure proper processing, store credit will be issued only after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
Once your store credit is issued, you may place a new order for:
• The same item in a different size
or
• A different item of your choice
Any price difference must be paid by the customer if applicable.
We do not offer refunds — store credit only.
All sale items, limited drops, collaboration products, and custom orders are final sale.
Shredhills reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Returns & exchanges are currently available within North America only 🇨🇦🇺🇸.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
