Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer store credit only for eligible returns.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start your return, simply use our self-service return portal:

Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.

A $14.99 fee to cover the cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit when your return is processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued immediately. Store credit gives you the flexibility to order the correct size or choose a different product if you prefer.

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Returns sent without prior authorization through our return portal may be refused.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

All sale items, limited drops, collaboration products, custom-made products, and motorcycle parts are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shredhills reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
