RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer store credit or exchanges under the following conditions: All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@shredhills.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
Due to a high volume of orders , we will provide you with a return label once your request is approved. To avoid confusion and minimize errors, we will issue store credit only after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
You can then place a new order for the same item different size or choose a different one, paying any difference if applicable.
We do not offer refunds — only store credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. For cancellations, please contact us immediately at sale@shredhills.com.
