We want you to love your Shredhills gear! If something doesn't fit quite right or you need a different size, we've got you covered.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit, so you can easily grab the right size or choose something else you love!

HOW RETURNS WORK

Returning an item is easy! Simply request a return directly through your Shop account or our online return portal.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Once your return is received and approved, you'll receive store credit to use toward your next purchase.

• A $9.99 USD return shipping fee applies for the prepaid return label we provide.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All returns must be submitted and approved through our return system before shipping.

Please note: We offer store credit instead of refunds or direct exchanges. All purchases are final.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Changed your mind? If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we may still be able to cancel it.

For cancellation requests, please contact sale@shredhills.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
